Silvia Dello Russo, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Luiss Guido Carli University, est accueillie au Laboratoire Magellan - iaelyon du 26 au 30 juin.
Elle donnera un séminaire doctoral intitulé "Conducting within-person research in OB-HRM". Ce séjour sera aussi l'occasion de finaliser un article co-écrit avec Gregor Bouville (Professeur à iaelyon School of Management) et Mariella Miraglia (Professeur à l'Université de Liverpool) sur les effets du management de la performance sur la santé des salariés.
Her research interests include HRM Practices for individual development (career management practices, coaching and a primary focus on performance management and feedback); work motivation along the life span and the interaction between an individual and the organizational context (structural, physical, task and, mostly, the social context). These three main areas are also often intertwined.
Prof. Dello Russo’s research has been funded by FCT (Portugal) and SIOP Foundation (USA) and was published in such journals as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Applied Psychology, Human Resource Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal.
Currently, she sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Human Resource Management and Work, Aging and Retirement and regularly reviews for major journals in the OB field. She is also an evaluator of research projects on behalf of ANR (France) and NWO (The Netherlands). She is Representative at Large for the Career Division of the Academy of Management (AoM; 2020-2023) and co-chair of the Human Resource Management track of the European Academy of Management (EURAM).

A propos de Silvia Dello Russo
Silvia Dello Russo is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Luiss Guido Carli University. She obtained her PhD in Organizational Psychology at Sapienza University of Rome and held academic positions at ISCTE-IUL (Lisbon, Portugal) and TBS Education (Toulouse, France). She has gained further academic experience through visiting research fellowships abroad (at Rotman School of Management, Toronto, Canada; Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK; Catholic University of Rome, Italy; WU, Vienna, Austria) and lecturing appointments in Italy (University Federico II of Naples, University Sapienza of Rome, Universiy of Bologna and University of Padua).Her research interests include HRM Practices for individual development (career management practices, coaching and a primary focus on performance management and feedback); work motivation along the life span and the interaction between an individual and the organizational context (structural, physical, task and, mostly, the social context).
