The theme of the thesis is the relationship between HRM and innovation in green start-ups through the logic of gift/counter gift. More specifically, she aims to conduct a comparative study between French and Egyptian green start-ups. In the end, startups from two countries will be studied through their flagship measures. The study will focus on start-ups that are part of the programs “French Tech Green20” and “getting ready for green”, initiatives that come under the responsibility of the French and Egyptian governments respectively. The mission of both programs is to help the development of start-ups while strengthening eco-friendly entrepreneurship.
