2022 AOM Symposium: A double nomination for Catherine Glée-Vermande, iaelyon The paper “Organized Emancipation: A Fraserian analysis of Maisons Familiales Rurales", co-written with Johnny Boghossian, Luc Brès and Stéphane Pisani (University Laval, Quebec), will be awarded during the 82nd AOM (Academy of Management) annual meeting which will take place in Seattle, from August 5th until August 9th.

Visiting professor: Laure Cabantous, Bayes Business School – University of London (United Kingdom) Laure Cabantous will teach at iaelyon during the 2nd week of May 2022 about “Paradigms and qualitative research methods” for the PhD students at the Economic and Management Sciences Doctoral School during their international seminars. Laure Cabantous often speaks for the doctoral school and the Magellan Research Center.

Visiting professor: Denise Potosky, Pennsylvania State University (United-States) Denise Potosky will teach at iaelyon during the 3rd week of May, about “Publishing in academic journals: From writing to the diffusion of the article” for the PhD students at the Economic and Management Sciences Doctoral School.
Le The Magellan Research Center is a research lab (Nr. 3713) part of iaelyon School of Management – University of Lyon, Jean Moulin.
Its research activities are focused on a unifying theme: Organizational Management.
They cover the main disciplines of Business: Finance, Human Resource Management, Socio-Economic Management, Strategic Management, Marketing, and Information Systems.
Cross-disciplinary projects are also carried out by the research teams and include researchers from other disciplines (Geography, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information and Communication Science, etc.).
Magellan Research Laboratory has therefore a matrix-type management structure with research groups (disciplinary approach) and thematic teams (cross-disciplinary approach).
The Research is based on three Research Chairs.
