About the National Contact Points for Horizon Europe

A team of National Contact Points (NCP) has been created, in all of the beneficiary countries of the Horizon Europe program, at the request of the European Commission. With the goal of supporting project initiators of Horizon Europe, based in France, the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) is deploying, piloting and running a new team of NCPs who will contribute to a national action plan of improving French participation in European financial initiatives in research and innovation (in French, the PAPFE).

The role of the NCP :
  • Inform, communicate to the French research, development and innovation communities the financing opportunities for Horizon Europe projects
  • Help, advise and train potential project initiators on the functional aspects of the program
  • Point to existing sources of financing (European or national) that could better answer the needs of project initiators and towards the support services for these financial initiatives
